Takeda Sued Again Over Diabetes Drug's Cancer Risks

Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 8:07 PM EDT) -- Dozens of people sued Takeda Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd. and two affiliates in Illinois court Thursday, claiming the company's diabetes drug Actos caused them to develop bladder cancer and that Takeda failed to warn them of the drug's risks.
