SEC Probes Aircraft Maker Embraer For FCPA Violations

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 10:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer SA for possible violations of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, according to a statement released Thursday in conjunction with the company's third-quarter earnings report.
