Enviros Take Fight Over Power Plant Permit To 9th Circ.

Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 1:46 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups asked the Ninth Circuit on Thursday to review a permit allowing the construction of a natural gas power plant in Avenal, Calif., arguing that federal regulators gave the plant a free pass on meeting current greenhouse gas standards.
