Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 7:51 PM EDT) -- A rental company hit Toys R Us–Delaware Inc. with a lawsuit Friday alleging the toy retailer had recently failed to repair damage to, remove dead animals from and pay rent for a Columbus, Ohio, property it has leased since 1985.
