Tightening The Squeeze On DOD, NASA And GSA Contractors

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 12:45 PM EST) -- Contracting with the U.S. Department of Defense, the General Services Administration and NASA will become more burdensome after Dec. 2, 2011, according to final regulations published on Nov. 2.

The regulations, which were proposed on April 14, 2010, and were adopted without any changes (no surprise there), deem certain labor relations costs unreimbursable by the federal government. The new regulations, paragraph (b), add to the existing regulation:
