Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 5:27 PM EST) -- Attorneys for Alliance for the Wild Rockies and other environmental groups on Tuesday urged the Ninth Circuit to hold that a 2011 federal appropriations bill rider removing Endangered Species Act protections for gray wolves in the northern Rocky Mountains violates the constitutional separation of powers.
