Chevron Beats Last Claim In Gas Station Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 2:54 PM EST) -- A Nevada federal judge on Friday nixed GCM Air Group LLC's remaining trespass claim in a contamination cleanup suit against Chevron USA Inc., but allowed GCM to tweak its complaint to force Chevron to comply with the parties' cleanup pact.

In granting Chevron's motion for summary judgment, U.S. District Judge Robert C.
