La. Must Follow Deadlines For Deepwater Docs: Judge

Law360, New York (November 4, 2011, 9:03 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday said Louisiana had produced its first batch of documents requested by BP PLC in multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, but affirmed a magistrate judge's order imposing hefty fines if the state does not comply with future deadlines.
