Sprint Must Hand Over Market Data To AT&T In Merger Row

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 1:29 PM EST) -- Sprint Nextel Corp. must give AT&T Inc. an updated snapshot of the cellphone market for the telecommunications giant's antitrust fight with the U.S. Department of Justice over its proposed $39 billion acquisition of rival T-Mobile USA Inc., an official said Sunday.
