Quest, Debt Collectors Duck RICO Claims In Billing Suit

Law360, Chicago (November 7, 2011, 6:30 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge sided with Quest Diagnostics Inc. and two debt collection agencies Thursday on contract, racketeering and fraud claims in a long-running suit alleging their billing practices breached insurance agreements, but also handed victory to the plaintiffs on several claims.
