US Urges Fed. Circ. To Nix $142M Nuclear Waste Award

Law360, Washington (November 7, 2011, 5:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. government tried to convince the Federal Circuit on Monday that three nuclear utilities were wrongly awarded more than $142 million in combined damages for the government's breach of agreements with them governing the disposal of spent nuclear fuel.
