Federal Circuit Rules For Fuji In Dispute Over Disposable Camera Patents

Law360 (January 14, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- A New Jersey company that rebuilds used Fuji Photo Film Co. disposable cameras and sells them without brand names at a discount is infringing Fuji’s patent rights, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has affirmed.
