1st Circ. Throws Out Elisabeth Hasselbeck Plagiarism Suit

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 3:36 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Monday supported a Massachusetts district judge's dismissal of an author's copyright infringement suit against TV personality Elisabeth Hasselbeck, saying the lower court had rightly determined a lack of sufficient similarity between books written by the two women.
