No New Trial Over Yankees Pitcher's Fatal Crash: Judge

Law360, New York (November 7, 2011, 8:57 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday denied a bid for a new trial in a product liability dispute over a plane crash that killed New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle and co-pilot Tyler Stanger, saying the court had not excluded relevant evidence that may have showed the plane was defective.
