Iams Asks To Be Dropped From Pet Food Litigation

Law360 (July 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pet products company Iams Co. defended itself on Friday against a slew of claims made by pet owners in the New York region who had bought cat and dog food contaminated with melamine, a poisonous protein substitute that killed and injured animals across the United States.
