Virgin Atlantic Still Immune In UK Price-Fixing Case

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 1:18 PM EST) -- Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. can keep its immunity from prosecution over its alleged conspiracy with British Airways PLC to fix the price of plane tickets, despite the collapse of the criminal case against four British Airways executives, U.K. competition regulators said Tuesday.
