Skadden Wants Out Of $6M Trump Group Escrow Row

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 3:36 PM EST) -- Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, the escrow agent for $6 million the Trump Group has paid for disputed shares in Trans-Resources Inc., is seeking to exit the ownership battle, asking a New York federal court Monday to take control of the funds.
