10th Circ. Freezes Challenge To Colo. Ski Resort Projects

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 8:42 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit claiming the U.S. Forest Service wrongly approved three development projects at a Colorado ski resort without studying potential harms to water resources like the Colorado River and resulting threats to endangered fish.
