Law360, Chicago (November 8, 2011, 5:33 PM EST) -- A lawyer for the former owner of a bankrupt Chicago hospital pled not guilty Tuesday to charges that he lied under oath to prevent the government and a bank creditor from collecting $188 million in judgments tied to a massive health care fraud.
