Agency Proposes Limits On Fracking In Del. River Basin

Law360, New York (November 9, 2011, 3:28 PM EST) -- The Delaware River Basin Commission on Tuesday released revised draft regulations that would initially authorize water use in no more than 300 natural gas wells — including those that undergo hydraulic fracturing — in the basin, which supplies drinking water to 15 million people.
