Brink's Must Provide Rest Breaks For Drivers: Wash. Court

Law360, New York (November 9, 2011, 7:18 PM EST) -- A Washington state appeals court on Monday affirmed a trial court’s ruling that security company Brink’s Inc. failed to provide meal and rest breaks for its armored truck drivers, saying the drivers in the class action were unable to relax because they were always on duty.
