House Panel Probes Broadband Co.'s $267M USDA Loan

Law360, New York (November 9, 2011, 9:20 PM EST) -- A House panel launched an investigation into the U.S. Department of Agriculture's $267 million loan to Open Range Communications Inc. on Wednesday, over a month after the company that aimed to provide broadband Internet connections to rural communities filed for bankruptcy.
