Chinese Mushroom Cos. Take US Dumping Duties To CIT

Law360, New York (November 10, 2011, 12:45 PM EST) -- Chinese exporters Xiamen International Trade and Industrial Co. Ltd., Zhejiang Iceman Group Co. Ltd. and Golden Banyan Foodstuffs Industrial Co. Ltd. lodged a suit in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday, challenging recently imposed anti-dumping duties for certain Chinese mushrooms.

The three companies are contesting the final results of an 11th administrative review of an anti-dumping order by the U.S. Department of Commerce covering certain preserved mushrooms from China, according to the complaint.
