Noncompliance Can Cost Your Career

They are often the company’s first responders and must focus on both proactive and reactive efforts to be effective.” These words were spoken by the Honorable Ruben Castillo, United States District Court Judge, Northern District of Illinois, in October of 2006 as he sentenced Robert Riley, the regulatory compliance officer of AbTox, a medical device manufacturer, to a six-year term of imprisonment.
