Law360, New York (November 18, 2011, 12:41 PM EST) -- Judge William Young of the Massachusetts District Court recently issued an opinion that may have the pornography industry quaking in its well-heeled cowboy boots. In May, plaintiff Liberty Media Holdings LLC brought copyright infringement claims against 38 “John Doe” defendants who allegedly downloaded “Amateur College Men Down on the Farm,” a hardcore pornographic film.
