Home Depot Owes Saw Device Inventor $24M: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (November 14, 2011, 7:05 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday upheld an award of nearly $24 million against Home Depot USA Inc. in a patent infringement suit accusing the home improvement retailer of stealing a former contractor's idea for a saw safety device, finding the damages were reasonable.
