Amazon Seeks To Stymie Actress’ Suit Over Age Posting

Law360, San Diego (November 14, 2011, 10:34 PM EST) -- Amazon.com Inc. last week asked a Washington federal court to dismiss a privacy suit by an actress alleging that its online database IMDb.com Inc. posted her age by unlawfully using her credit card information, calling the case selfish and a waste of resources.
