Pumping Station Co. Can't Dodge Nigerian Bribe Suit

Law360, New York (November 14, 2011, 6:10 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge on Monday refused to toss a False Claims Act suit by a former Moving Water Industries Corp. employee who accused the pumping station manufacturer of hiding $28 million in bribes to secure loans for pump sales in Nigeria.
