Getting The Lead Out In Assessing Greenhouse Gases

City of Chula Vista (2011) 197 Cal.App.4th 327.

CREED captured great attention because, of the only four published cases that address climate change, it is the first one to address the pivotal issue of a lead agency's analysis of significance thresholds for greenhouse gas emissions under the California Environmental Quality Act.
