Ex-Motorola Engineer Knew Tech Theft Was Wrong: US

Law360, Chicago (November 15, 2011, 8:23 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors argued Tuesday that an ex-Motorola Inc. software engineer charged in Illinois federal court with trade secrets theft and economic espionage knowingly stole proprietary documents from the company and intended to use them to benefit a Chinese competitor and that country's military.
