Ocean Spray Undercut Pom's Juice Market, Jury Hears

Law360, Los Angeles (November 15, 2011, 8:50 PM EST) -- An attorney representing Pom Wonderful LLC told a California federal jury Tuesday that Ocean Spray cut into its juice sales by deceptively marketing a low-cost pomegranate-cranberry drink, as the two juice-making rivals clashed during the first day of a trademark infringement trial.
