BASF Wins Siberian Gas Field Case In Germany

Law360, New York (July 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit by Moncrief Oil International Inc. seeking to void a joint venture between Russian energy giant OAO Gazprom and German chemical company BASF AG came to naught on Thursday, after it was rejected by a German court.
