Nissan Recalls Sports Cars To Fix Power Windows

Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 7:17 PM EST) -- Nissan North America Inc. on Wednesday announced a recall of certain 2011 and 2012 Infiniti and Nissan sports cars because of a programming error in the auto-reverse feature of the vehicles' power windows.

In a notice filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Nissan said it was recalling Infiniti G37 coupes and Nissan 370Z cars manufactured between July 2 and Aug. 29 because of a power window switch controller that was “manufactured out of specification.”
