Cosmetics Co. Accuses Ex-CEO Of Stealing Data

Law360, New York (November 16, 2011, 8:13 PM EST) -- Cosmetics company Fusion Brands America Inc. accused former CEO Caroline Pieper-Vogt of violating her employment contract by disclosing confidential financial information and sought to bar her from soliciting former clients in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in New York court.

The complaint includes a slew of claims that Pieper-Vogt violated her employment agreement both during and after her two-year tenure at Fusion Brands, which sells luxury cosmetics and fragrances through retailers like Sephora.
