9th Circ. Backs FWS In Mont. Mine Endangered Species Row

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 7:41 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit affirmed Wednesday that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service had adequately considered and accounted for the impact a proposed mine in Montana would have on the grizzly bear and bull trout.
