Google Seeks Voice In Microsoft Case

Law360 (July 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After a defeat last week, Google Inc. on Monday reaffirmed its desire to participate in federal judicial proceedings stemming from the landmark 2002 antitrust settlement with Microsoft Corp. as an interested third party.

On Monday, Google asked Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to permit it to continue to weigh in on the case, according to various news reports.
