CBRE To Shop 11 Hotels From Innkeepers Portfolio

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 6:27 PM EST) -- Real estate services giant CBRE Group Inc. has been tapped by Cerberus Capital Management LP and Chatham Lodging Trust to sell 11 hotels out of a billion-dollar, 64-hotel portfolio purchased from bankrupt Innkeepers USA Trust, CBRE said Wednesday.

Los Angeles-based CBRE said it will market the hotels, which hold 1,246 guest rooms and are located in Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan and New York, on behalf of private equity giant Cerberus and hotel real estate investment trust Chatham.
