Watson Ducks Ky. Drug Price Inflation Suit

Law360, New York (November 17, 2011, 6:08 PM EST) -- A Kentucky state jury has handed Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc. a complete defense verdict in a case alleging it reported inflated average wholesale drug prices to Medicaid programs, the company announced Wednesday.
