Distributor Denies Allegations Of Price-Fixing

Law360, New York (July 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A distributor of construction products has denied a fellow distributor's allegations that it conspired with two other companies to set prices and limit competition in the silicone sealant market.

Garvin Brown Construction Products LLC on Tuesday denied the allegations in Screws & More LLC's complaint accusing Garvin Brown of conspiring to coerce Screws & More to cut silicone-sealant prices and ultimately to muscle it out of a deal with a sealant manufacturer.
