Seroquel Plaintiffs Agree To Dismiss 14 Of Their Own

Law360, New York (July 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs lawyers in the Seroquel product liability class action have agreed with defendant AstraZeneca LP that 14 plaintiffs who allegedly have not complied with a court order ought to have their cases dismissed, a decision that could pave the way for the dismissal of at least 300 more plaintiffs.

On Thursday, lawyers for the plaintiff class assented to AstraZeneca's motion, filed late last month, to dismiss the cases of 14 plaintiffs who AstraZeneca said had not filed fact sheets with the court.
