Securities MVP: O'Melveny & Myers' Jonathan Rosenberg

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 11:11 PM EST) -- As go-to counsel for Bank of America Corp., O'Melveny & Myers LLP's Jonathan Rosenberg has helped the bank beat back auction-rate securities litigation as well as successor liability claims resulting from its purchase of Countrywide Financial Corp., earning him a spot on Law360's list of Securities MVPs.

Under Rosenberg's leadership, O'Melveny has led the bank through more than 20 individual federal actions and arbitrations over auction-rate securities, including a putative class action in California brought by ARS purchasers that was dismissed in February.
