Navigators Allowed To Choose Firm’s Malpractice Counsel

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 6:57 PM EST) -- A unit of insurer The Navigators Group Inc. has the contractual right to choose the counsel for a Houston-based law firm it insures that is facing a malpractice suit, a Texas federal judge said Monday.
