Federal Capital Snags 2 Suburban DC Apartment Buildings

Law360, New York (November 21, 2011, 5:09 PM EST) -- Privately held real estate investment company Federal Capital Partners has acquired two apartment complexes with about 390 apartments in suburban Washington for an undisclosed sum, it said Monday.

The two complexes, Oxon Park and Oxon Terrace, are located in Temple Hills, Md., near the border of Washington and Maryland's Prince George's County. They are accessible to Washington's mass transit system and the future headquarters of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Federal Capital said.
