Neb. Gov. Inks Bill To Shift Keystone Pipeline Route

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 12:45 PM EST) -- Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman signed two pipeline bills into law Tuesday morning, sealing an agreement to reroute TransCanada Corp.'s controversial $7 billion oil sands pipeline around the delicate Sand Hills region and setting up a process for review of future pipelines that cross through the state.
