Chinese Bearing Co. Wins Review Of Duty Calculations

Law360, New York (November 22, 2011, 5:51 PM EST) -- Ball bearing maker Peer Bearing Co.-Changshan won a ruling Tuesday that the U.S. Department of Commerce must reconsider its determination of the country of origin for some merchandise and the surrogate values for steel bar it used to calculate anti-dumping duties.
