Wholesale Price Plaintiffs Call Damages Incomplete

Law360, New York (July 6, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After winning damages for harm suffered from 1997 through 2002 in a massive antitrust class action against several pharmaceutical giants, plaintiffs asked the court Thursday to award damages for 2003 as well, though there is no hard data showing harm in that year.
