IP Firms Mull More Aggressive Marketing

Law360, New York (January 21, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- As competition becomes increasingly fierce in the intellectual property field, a few firms are experimenting with more aggressive marketing approaches.

Last year, Michigan IP specialty firm Brooks Kushman launched a billboard ad campaign on routes leading to and from the Detroit airport during the Detroit Auto Show and the Society of Auto Engineers conference.
