Korean Phone Co. Sues US Over Samsung Contract Bribes

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 3:40 PM EST) -- A South Korean company that provided cellphone services on U.S. bases in South Korea filed an amended complaint against the U.S. on Tuesday, seeking payback for an $8.4 million contract it allegedly lost after a military employee took a bribe from rival contractor Samsung Rental Co. Ltd.
