Ex-Mass. Pol Can't Delay Ky. Prison Date For Wife's Surgery

Law360, New York (November 23, 2011, 5:28 PM EST) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday ordered a former top state legislator convicted of taking bribes for contracts to report to a Kentucky prison on Nov. 30, rejecting a bid to delay his reporting date so he could tend to his wife following a surgical procedure.
