Syncreon Inks Massive Lease For Netherlands Operation

Law360, New York (November 28, 2011, 3:13 PM EST) -- Logistics services company Syncreon, bolstered by a control investment from business-to-business private equity firm GenNx360 Capital Partners LP, has ramped up its operations in the Netherlands with a 540,000-square-foot lease that will facilitate a European expansion, the company said Monday.

The lease — one of the largest signed in the Netherlands in 2011 — will see Syncreon occupy three industrial spaces in Tilburg, a Dutch city near the Belgian border, to serve the European business of an international computer manufacturer, Dublin-based Syncreon said.
